We will happily exchange or refund eligible* items that are returned in original condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
*INELIGIBLE ITEMS include worn or washed products, underwear, swim wear & socks.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service, to request a return shipping label. Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm EST.
Customers are responsible for postage on all other returns or exchanges.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Contact Customer Service to request a return shipping label.
- Securely package the items you wish to return
- Include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing slip.
- If you no longer a copy of your packing slip, a letter with the following information will be sufficient:
- Order number
- Phone number
- Reason for the return
- Give the package to your mail carrier, or drop off at your local collection box
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost only. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If any package or item appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service, to request a return shipping label. Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm EST.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, your refund can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
